GMSL technology enables the transmission of high-bandwidth video, audio, and bidirectional control signals over a single cable, making it the industry standard for next-generation vision systems.
Multi-Generation Compatibility
Our GMSL camera modules span three generations of evolution to fit various bandwidth and latency requirements:
• GMSL1: The foundation of high-speed serial links, providing reliable data transmission for entry-level ADAS.
• GMSL2: Offers significant bandwidth upgrades and is backward compatible with GMSL1, allowing for flexible transceiver matching and system scalability.
• GMSL3 (The New Standard): Delivering a massive 12 Gbps throughput, GMSL3 supports full MIPI CSI-2 / D-PHY v1.2 specifications. It enables uncompressed 4K resolution at 90 fps, ensuring ultra-smooth, real-time video streams for mission-critical applications.
